I wanted to let everyone on a little secret I use to help keep track of all of our clients and customers. Many of you will find it helpful for your own business.
The product is called Highrise and it a Customer Relations Manager (CRM). It allows you to keep track of your clients, keep their information up-to-date and more. It is made by a company called 37Signals. They offer many other products aswell as this one. Check them all out.
Highrise is great because you can not only keep track of your customers and clients but add tasks to each on, keep track of communications you have had with them and more. The best part, the starter package is FREE. You have nothing to lose by trying it out. I can vouch that we would be lost without it and we highly recommend it. Everyone can benefit from it, not just a web design company from Pennsylvania…(us, ha).
